Academic
I'm a fourth year student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Toronto. I completed my first three years, then did a 16 month intership at AMD in Physical Design.
I'm primarily interested in the fields of Physical Design, Digital Electronics, Computer Hardware, and Software Development.
I spent the previous two summers working for Professor Dave Martell in the Faculty of Forestry Fire Management Systems Laboratory. Along with Thomas Jones, a Computer Science major, I worked on a project called Tinderbox, developed from scratch to model forest fire spread.
Extracurricular
I've been keeping myself busy developing an Android application called "Island Settlers."
I am presently the webmaster for Skulebook, the Engineering yearbook, and for Engineers Without Borders University of Toronto Chapter.
I spend my free time playing squash, cycling, and playing guitar. I also enjoy canoeing, kayaking, backpacking, snowboarding, and mountain biking, particularly out west.
